The Berry Remix
What do you get when you empty your freezer in the middle of winter? This wine, that's what! Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and some random old honey from a couple of cabins I cleaned out came together to make this remixed berry wine. I'll never be able to make it again, unless I age each berry for years at the bottom of my freezer before use.
I started this wine in January 2018 and bottled 23 in August 2018. ABV: 14.8% It's shaped up well and every flavor is apparent at some point as I guzzle this one down. A winner in my book!
