Big views await you from this bald above the Victoria Reservoir!  The river valley below is dominated by the dam and reservoir, so don't expect pristine nature or anything.  You can't see Victoria Falls unfortunately, but you can hear it and sorta see the spray if it's a foggy morning.

The best way to get here is via the North Country Trail.  There used to be an rugged ORV trail that led up here, but it's on private property and was closed down because it was a huge mess.  Now you'll have to hike the long(er) way on the trail.  Oh darn.  The bluff is on Ottawa National Forest land so you can visit and camp whenever you like.
